Always Best Care - - Responsibilities:
Obtain vital signs, record them, and notify the office of deviations according to standard practice.;
Assist with personal hygiene (bathing, grooming, dressing, hair care, shaving, deodorant application, skin care with lotions and/or powder, foot care, and ear care); nail care and oral hygiene as needed.;
Change bed linens and make the bed.;
Assist with eating and maintaining adequate nutrition and fluid intake.;
Ambulation and transfers; incidental household services (light housekeeping, straightening room, and laundry); medication reminders; observe and report changes; follow the Plan of Care and agency policies; complete required in-services.
