Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dependable caregiver to provide in-home care for a client with Level 4 dementia. The ideal candidate will be skilled in dementia care, comfortable monitoring vital signs, and able to work in a home that includes a dog.
- Provide attentive care and supervision for a client with advanced dementia.
- Monitor and record vital signs as required.
- Assist with activities of daily living.
- Offer calm companionship and reassurance.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment.
- Follow established care plans and safety protocols.
- Proven experience caring for individuals with dementia (Level 4 preferred).
- Ability to accurately take and document vital signs.
- Comfortable working in a home with a dog.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor.
- Strong communication skills.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
