Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) – Home Health

Part-Time | Full-Time | PRN

River Kids Pediatric Home Health is actively seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA) to provide in-home pediatric therapy services in various locations. We serve Houston, Dallas, Fort Worth, Austin, San Antonio, El Paso, Amarillo and all surrounding areas. We offer flexible scheduling — allowing you to maintain work-life balance while delivering high-quality care.

• Evaluate and treat pediatric patients in a home health setting
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
• Implement evidence-based occupational therapy interventions
• Educate families and caregivers on therapy strategies and progress
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary therapy teams

• Texas Occupational Therapy License (Required)

Qualifications Occupational Therapist (OT):

• Active Texas OT license

Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA):

• Active Texas COTA license

• CPR Certification
• Pediatric experience preferred (home health experience a plus)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
