Caregiver Ambassador - Senior Helpers Kerrville (Full-Time)

Location: Kerrville, TX 78028 / 78029

Senior Helpers Kerrville is seeking a Caregiver Ambassador to support new caregivers during their first 90 days of employment. This role is part of our formalized onboarding and retention program designed to build connection, provide support, and reduce turnover. In addition being a reliable member of our team- available to assist with clients.

The Caregiver Ambassador supports new caregivers during their first 90 days by providing encouragement, guidance, and consistent communication. This role helps new team members feel connected, confident, and supported as they settle into their position.

• Serve as a positive, inspiring, and trustworthy resource for new caregivers
• Facilitate communication between the office and new caregivers
• Place weekly support calls and document each conversation
• Listen actively, ask follow-up questions, and maintain a positive tone
• Identify training or upskilling needs and communicate them to the office
• Share strengths, wins, and retention-risk concerns with leadership
• Celebrate milestones and encourage caregiver growth
• Other tasks as assigned by the office

A strong Ambassador is positive, supportive, and an excellent listener. They create a safe space for new caregivers, encourage growth, offer solutions, and communicate clearly with the office about progress or concerns.

• Experience as a caregiver, HHA, or CNA
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
• Comfortable documenting weekly calls and sharing updates
• Reliable transportation and consistent follow-through
