- Clerical South Texas Community Living is currently seeking a mature professional to join our team as a Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP) who will be responsible for the development, coordination, implementation, and monitoring of services provided to persons with intellectual disabilities in an ICF/, in accordance with ICF/ and regulations.
Shift: Monday
- Friday
Hours:
8:00AM to 5:00PM
- Oversight of direct care operations and scheduling in group homes
- Regulatory compliance with ICF/
- Monitoring of active treatment in group homes
- Liaison to regulatory survey team
- Development and coordination treatment and training plans for each individual on caseload
- Participation as member of Interdisciplinary Team for each individual on caseload
- Communication regularly with family and other outside contacts to ensure continuous care and address concerns
- Specialized documentation
- Health Insurance (after 90 days)

Qualifications:
- Valid and current Texas Driver's License
- Clear Background Check
- Clear DMV Check
- Bachelor's Degreeor Equivalent Proof of Education
- No confirmation of Abuse/Neglect/Exploitation of an elderly or disabled person
- No history of Medicaid fraud.
- Experience working with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (group home experience preferred)
- Strong communication and team-participation skills; friendly, positive attitude.
- General computer skills (not necessarily expert); be able to use Word, Excel, Outlook, and general internet navigation.
