Licensed Massage Therapist — Blue Monarch Advanced Bodywork, San Antonio

Blue Monarch is a bodywork practice at Bracken Village offering both therapeutic massage and advanced neuro-based techniques. We're looking for a Licensed Massage Therapist to provide skilled massage therapy for our clients — from relaxation-focused sessions to therapeutic, results-oriented work.

Our approach:
We take client care seriously and hold our team to a clinical, professional standard. Ongoing education is part of how we operate, and our practice includes advanced specialties — neurokinetic therapy, medical massage, Neuro Stim — delivered by our senior practitioners. Therapists who join us have access to on-site myoskeletal mentorship, hands‑on training, and continuing education reimbursement.

• Providing massage therapy tailored to each client's goals, whether relaxation-focused or therapeutic
• Assessing client needs at the start of each session and adjusting technique accordingly
• Maintaining accurate session notes and client records
• Following hygiene, safety, and licensing standards consistently
• Coordinating with the rest of the team on shared clients and treatment continuity where relevant

Flat-rate session pay ($40 per 60-minute session, $55 per 90-minute session) during appointments, plus $8 per hour for time between sessions — so you're paid for your full shift, not just the appointments on your book.

A collaborative team environment, on-site mentorship and continuing education support, exposure to advanced modalities as your role develops, and a stable, established client base.

What we're looking for:

An active Texas LMT license, strong massage therapy fundamentals, and a pragmatic, detail-oriented approach to client care. We're especially interested in therapists who take their craft seriously and want to keep building on it.
