As a Medical Scribe, you will:

• Gain direct clinical exposure working alongside physicians and nurse practitioners
• Learn medical terminology, clinical workflows, and patient care in real time
• Strengthen your medical school application with meaningful experience
• Develop a deeper understanding of endocrinology, including diabetes management, thyroid disorders, and hormone therapies

• Accurately capture histories, physical exams, and treatment plans
• Ensure charts are complete, compliant, and ready for provider review
• Support clinic flow in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Maintain strict patient confidentiality and professionalism

• Previous experience as a medical scribe or transcriptionist in a clinical setting is highly desirable
• Exposure to endocrinology terminology and patient care preferred
• Familiarity with EHR systems such as Athena and Phreesia
• Strong listening skills with the ability to accurately translate provider-patient interactions into documentation
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Education: High school diploma or GED required; some college or a degree in a healthcare-related field preferred
