Physical Therapy Technician

This position is Part‑time and the shift is Tuesdays‑Fridays 3:30pm-7:00pm and Saturdays 8:00am-4:00pm.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapy Technician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will assist physical therapists in providing high‑quality care to patients recovering from injuries or surgeries. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to patient well‑being.

• Assist physical therapists in implementing treatment plans and therapeutic exercises.
• Prepare treatment areas and equipment for patient sessions.
• Monitor and document patient progress during therapy sessions.
• Educate patients on exercises and proper use of equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and managing patient records.
• Requires regular and predictable attendance.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare or physical therapy preferred.
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
• Basic knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
• Proficient in using medical equipment and technology.
