Innova Recovery's mission is to be the leader in the field of trauma recovery. Innova Recovery offers individual and family therapy, Intensive Outpatient Therapy (IOP), Partial Hospitalization Program, and a women's Residential Treatment Center. We are seeking a therapist certified inE.M.D.R. and A.R.T. therapy. Ideal candidates are trained in trauma-informed A.R.T., E.M.D.R.,and/or other trauma-focused therapy modalities.

• Will create, monitor, and update client treatment plans
• Must be able to see a minimum of 20 clients per week
• Be able to complete assessment and diagnosis in a timely manner
• Provide evidence-based treatment working with trauma, individuals, adolescents, couples,substance addiction, and eating disorders
• Ensures timely and accurate clinical intervention and documentation
• Ensure completion and accurate timesheet entries and Electronic Medical Records notes within
  48 hours of client encounters
• Consults with Leadership in situations in which additional direction and information areneeded
• Participates in mandatory monthly staff meetings to stay updated on policy changes and announcements
• Maintains professional and solution focused demeanor
• Maintains current licensure and certifications as required by the State of Texas
• Other duties as assigned

• Master’s degree in mental health-related field
• Current Texas State License (LPC LMSW, LCSW, LMFT)
