Laundry Worker

Do you take pride in providing a clean and sanitary experience for hotel guests? You might be a great fit to join our team! We're hiring a reliable and enthusiastic laundry attendant who is comfortable talking with guests and will make them feel  laundry attendants perform a variety of duties including washing, ironing, pressing, and folding linens. Our ideal candidate has experience with commercial laundry products and the ability to lift 20 pounds or more regularly.

• Place all laundry in the washer and add the cleaning agents as directed
• Look at all of your linens and treat any stains that you find
• Maintain inventory of all cleaning supplies and communicate needs to general manager
• Remove garments and lines after each wash cycle and dry according to specific manufacturer instructions
• Monitor all laundry equipment and notify the facilities manager of any maintenance requirements

• Strong knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and products
• Graduated high school, received GED or equivalent
• 1 or more year as a laundry attendant, housekeeper or a similar role is strongly desired
• Possesses a strong work ethic with exemplary organizational, time management, and communication skills
• We require the ability to consistently lift 20 or more pounds

Compensation: 14 - 17 hourly
