Must have open availability during the week including weekends.
As a Golf Guest Services Attendant, you are integral to delivering an exceptional golf experience for our guests and members. You will be the face of our golf operation, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to superb service and personalized attention. You will maintain pristine facilities, create a welcoming and safe experience for Toptracer guests, and provide seamless assistance around the course.
This role will rotate through our normal operation and Toptracer Range.
- Learn and implement proper procedures, demonstrating knowledge of golf industry standards and terminology.
- Assist guests with efficient movement throughout the facility.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper storage of golf equipment at arrival and departure.
- Maintain immaculate conditions in the Cart Barn and surrounding work areas.
- Facilitate smooth course play and optimize guest enjoyment.
- Proactively engage with guests at various touchpoints such as parking lots, staging areas, and driving ranges.
- Provide clear and engaging information about the Toptracer venue and gameplay features.

- Previous relevant experience preferred.
