Overview
Towne Park is a hospitality services company focused on delivering exceptional experiences. This position centers on providing high-quality, white-glove service and creating positive guest experiences for patients, visitors, and guests.
Responsibilities- Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with guests, co-workers, and clients.
- Acknowledge and greet guests within five feet using a professional and friendly approach; address guests by last name when appropriate.
- Practice Towne Park phone etiquette and occupy designated areas when not assisting tasks.
- Assist guests with room changes, deliveries and pickups of items to guest rooms, and opening doors for guests.
- Provide directions, arrange taxis and reservations, and answer inquiries about facility amenities and local attractions.
- Deliver messages, items, and guest amenities as requested.
- Education:
High school diploma or equivalent. - Experience:
One to three months of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. - Must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass a criminal background and drug screen.
- Wheelchair Safety Training as required by Towne Park.
- Knowledge of customer service principles; ability to read, write, and communicate in English; ability to present information effectively in one-on-one and small group settings.
- Math skills: ability to add/subtract three-digit numbers and perform multiplication/division with tens and hundreds; understand time formats and rates related to time elapsed.
- Ability to maintain accuracy and composure under pressure.
- Regularly required to talk or hear; may sit or stand for extended periods; may run, walk, and handle objects or controls.
- Physical abilities include climbing stairs, bending, kneeling, crouching or crawling, and vision requirements (close, distance, color, peripheral, depth, focus).
- Occasional lifting: up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, up to 50 pounds frequently, and up to 20 pounds constantly to move objects.
- Outdoor work for extended periods; exposure to extreme heat or cold; accommodations may be provided.
Travel of up to 5% may be required.
