Thompson San Antonio-Riverwalk is seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Front Office Supervisor to be a key leader in delivering exceptional hospitality while fostering a positive, supportive environment for both guests and colleagues.

In this role, you'll oversee the daily operations of the Front Desk, ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome, personalized service, and a seamless arrival and departure experience. You'll lead by example, coach and develop team members, and help create a culture of service excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support Front Desk colleagues during daily operations.
  • Train, coach, and mentor team members to deliver exceptional service standards.
  • Foster a welcoming, collaborative, and high-performing team environment.
  • Resolve guest concerns with professionalism, empathy, and sound judgment.
  • Monitor cash handling procedures, shift audits, and operational controls.
  • Assist with shift coverage and maintain efficient front office operations.
  • Ensure colleagues are knowledgeable about hotel services, amenities, and local recommendations.
  • Partner with other hotel departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of Front Desk experience preferred
  • Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with property management systems and basic office software
  • A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
