Clean and service the assigned public areas according to established quality standards.;
Clean and service restrooms, lobby areas, public phone areas, vending areas, and may include cleaning employee break areas and restrooms.;
Strip and wax floors as needed; clean and polish furniture, railings, table tops, and mirrors in assigned areas.;
Report to supervisor needed repairs or unsafe conditions; respond to guest complaints and ensure corrective action is taken to achieve guest satisfaction.;
Monitor and control supplies and amenities; minimize waste; log lost and found items according to procedures
