A premier luxury RV resort located in the heart of Texas is seeking an experienced General Manager to elevate operations and spearhead high-end guest experiences. Built and backed by seasoned luxury hospitality developers, this exclusive destination caters to an adult-oriented clientele seeking sophisticated leisure, elevated amenities, and curated activities.

$100,000 - $120,000 (commensurate with experience) + benefits, free to live on property, and PTO.

• Oversee day-to-day resort operations, managing a dedicated team of full-time staff and work-camper personnel.
• Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction through sophisticated adult programming, including curated wine packages, social events, and luxury excursion offerings.
• Manage operational revenue and property expenses, utilizing property management and accounting software to maintain financial metrics.
• Coordinate with third-party marketing firms and oversee social media strategies to drive resort visibility and bookings.
• Maintain property standards to deliver a top-tier luxury environment rather than traditional family-campground concepts

• Proven management experience in outdoor hospitality, boutique resorts, or high-end hospitality operations.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a hands-on leadership style.
• Familiarity with property management systems such as New Book or Campspot, alongside proficiency with Quick Books and general office technology.
• Demonstrated understanding of digital and social media marketing concepts.
• Experience overseeing operating budgets and P&L statements.
