Clean guest rooms and/or suites in a timely and thorough manner to ensure total guest satisfaction.;
Make beds, dust, vacuum, clean and sanitize bathrooms, remove trash, etc.;
Notify supervisor when service is complete so rooms may be sold or occupied; report rooms unable to be serviced to supervisor.;
Report needed repairs or unsafe conditions to supervisor; respond to guest complaints and special requests to achieve complete guest satisfaction.;
May regularly assist with deep cleaning projects and may have turndown duties.
