We’re thrilled to unveil three newly renovated food and beverage outlets; each designed to delight and inspire. As Assistant Outlets Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of this transformation—bringing vibrant dining concepts to life and crafting unforgettable guest experiences.

• Lead daily operations across multiple outlets with energy and precision
• Manage scheduling, forecasting, and training to keep teams sharp and service seamless
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
• Collaborate on special events and activations that showcase our culinary creativity
• Uphold Hyatt’s gold standard of hospitality in every detail

• A dynamic leader with 2+ years in food & beverage management (preferred)
• Knowledgeable in wine and upscale beverage service
• Certified in TABC and Food Handling

• Minimum of 2+ years' F&B experience
• Hotel industry experience highly preferred
• Wine/beverage knowledge in an upscale environment preferred
• Ideal applicant should have strong organizational skills, ability to work with flexible work schedule, be a team player and a dynamic leader
• Must be able to work any shift on any day including weekends and holidays
• Must be TABC and Food Handler Certified
• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time. Must be able to push, pull, or lift moderate amounts of weight.
• Experience using a POS system is preferred.
