Operations Manager

Senior Operations Executive/Operations Team manager - Required for this luxury high end travel company travel. Its a amazing company, in is infancy, 3 years old, plenty of funding and financial backing.

Homebased, 40k/80k plus equity and benefit's. They are looking for a hands on senior operations person, from a luxury travel, travel concierge or a tech orientated travel name. They need someone who is use to doing the day to day operational tasks, but with the experience to grow a team. This is not a 9 to 5.30pm role, the team work longer hours, but get rewarded for their hard work.

• Own travel operations end-to-end, from booking confirmation to trip completion and post-travel follow-up
• Act as the primary, client-facing operational point of contact for premium clients
• Execute bespoke travel requests, coordinating flights, hotels, transfers, and special requests
• Manage and grow relationships with global hotels, DMCs, and other travel suppliers
• Handle real-time changes, issues, and escalations during travel with calm and decisive problem-solving
• Collaborate closely with the founding team and engineers to improve internal tools and systems
• Prepare the foundations for scaling the operations team, including training materials and quality standards

• Minimum 3 years in an operations role in the travel industry, within luxury travel, travel concierge or a tech orientated travel name
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence communicating directly with clients
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle last-minute changes and escalations
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving processes
• A strong work ethic and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional travel experiences
