• Provide the highest quality of service to guests, anticipating and exceeding expectations.
• Ensure guest rooms and bathrooms are clean, sanitary, and sparkling.
• Strip dirty linen and trash, clean bathrooms, make beds, dust, vacuum, restock rooms, etc.
• Clean, organize, and restock housekeeping carts.
• Self-inspect rooms and report completion to supervisor.
• Practice safety standards to keep the property safe for guests and staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Guest-focused with strong customer service skills.
• Reliable and dependable.
• Motivated with a positive attitude.
• Attention to detail.
• Cleaning experience of 1 year is helpful but not required.
• Certification sign-off after training.
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs regularly and 25 lbs occasionally; stand and move quickly for long periods; work weekends and holidays as needed.
