* This is an upscale position that focuses on providing exceptional white-glove service. Defined by attentiveness, professionalism, discretion, and personalized guest care.

Compensation:
Towne Park is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location. The hourly base pay range for this position is $16 - $18 per hour. (based on prior experience)

Work Schedule:

The work schedule for this position is dependent upon resort business volumes which will be discussed during the interviews. Open Availability is recommended.

SUMMARY The Door Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional hospitality services to guests in an attentive, friendly and efficient manner. The Door Attendant is responsible for opening doors for all guests entering and exiting the facility and assisting guests with transportation to off-site locations.

Practices proper Towne Park phone etiquette. Posts up in designated areas when not completing tasks-15%
Assists guests with room changes when needed. Assists with the delivery and pick up of items to guest rooms. Opens all vehicle and hotel doors for guests-25%
Assists guests with directions, taxis, reservations and other inquiries. Provides guests with information about outlets, meeting rooms and/or amenities of the facility as well as main attractions in the area. Delivers messages, items and/or guest amenities as requested-25%

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

High school diploma or general education degree

Work Experience:

One to three months related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience
