We’re looking for energetic employees who love learning and are looking to grow within our company. Tour Guides should present themselves as happy, kind, knowledgeable, and patient when speaking to guests. Every tour should be regarded as the best tour of the day. Even when our tour guides aren’t in the cave, they’ll be inside our retail or concession areas working our Point of Sale system or keeping our grounds and facilities clean and presentable.

All training is done in-house, so experience in the tourism or hospitality industry is not required. Training can be done within the first week of employment and will be a mixture of hands‑on approaches and one‑on‑one training.
