At our spa, we believe exceptional wellness experiences are created through thoughtful service, attention to detail, and a calm, welcoming environment. As a Part-Time Spa Concierge and Female Spa Attendant
, you will support guests from arrival through departure while helping maintain the cleanliness, organization, and serenity of the spa and female locker room.

This dual-role position combines spa concierge responsibilities with attentive service in the women's locker room and guest areas. You will assist with reservations, guest registration, payments, treatment and product recommendations, locker room amenities, linens, and overall spa upkeep. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about wellness, hospitality, and creating seamless guest experiences.

Due to the nature of the role and its regular duties inside the women's locker room and other privacy-sensitive guest areas, a female colleague is required for this position as a bona fide occupational qualification, where permitted by applicable law.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage spa reservations, including packages, appointments, and individual treatments.
• Welcome guests warmly and efficiently handle registration, check-in, and check-out processes.
• Answer guest questions and provide knowledgeable information about spa services, treatments, amenities, and retail products.
• Recommend treatments and products based on guest needs and preferences.
• Accurately process payments, charges, and billing inquiries.
• Serve as a consistent point of contact for guests throughout their spa experience.
• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and guest readiness of the women's locker room, lounge, restroom, shower, and related areas.
• Distribute and replenish towels, robes, linens, toiletries, and other spa amenities.
• Clean and sanitize lockers, relaxation areas, treatment rooms, and guest-use spaces according to established standards.
• Monitor guest areas and promptly address service, cleanliness, or maintenance needs.
• Create and maintain an atmosphere of calm, privacy, and relaxation.
• Communicate effectively with therapists, spa leadership, and other departments.
• Assist with daily spa operations and perform additional duties as assigned.
• Uphold all spa policies, service standards, sanitation procedures, and safety guidelines.

• Female colleague required for this position due to regular duties in the women's locker room and other privacy-sensitive guest areas, where permitted by applicable law.
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Refined verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a calm, welcoming demeanor.
• Previous spa, hotel, hospitality, concierge, or guest service experience preferred.
• Passion for wellness and a willingness to learn about spa services, products, and treatments.
• Ability to handle reservations, payment systems, and guest requests accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift supplies as needed.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak business periods, required.
