Qualifications Desired

Should enjoy serving individuals. Must be courteous, professional, and outgoing. Should have a good knowledge of customer service. Must be organized and capable of handling multiple tasks at one time. Must maintain composure during busy periods. Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.

To enhance quality service at the pool facilities. Responsible for the execution and completion of duty assignments. Maintain a professional and business profile while acting as a SACC representative. High visibility during hours of operation. Close communication between membership, peers, supervisor, and manager. Interaction with the membership as necessary to maintain the high-quality standards of the San Antonio Country Club.

• Responsible for punctuality when reporting to work, and clocking in only after being in full uniform.
• Responsible for personal hygiene, grooming, clean uniform, and professional appearance.
• Seek out the supervisor and let them know that you are present.
• Check with your supervisor/manager for any applicable opening duties and verify the assigned duty section.
• Check the menus/specials (and recipe composition).
• Provide the best service possible to all members/guests.
• Follow all policies/procedures.
• Coordinate with the supervisor/manager regarding breakdown (i.e., closing), clearing, and cleaning the areas.
• Responsible for checking assignments (i.e., banquet functions), correctness, and exact accomplishment of tasks.
• To perform all other duties as directed by the supervisor or Club manager.
• Must be able to work holidays and long hours if needed
• Required to work in other departments as needed (large functions and holidays)
