The Hotel Baker/Pastry Cook is a culinary position that includes but is not limited to p reparation of all pastry products as trained in accordance to Pastry shop standards, assisting higher level bakers, and all other duties as assigned by Chef.

• Prior experience in a commercial baking/ pastry operation preferred
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment and tools preferred
• Highly responsible and reliable
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
