Bilingual Human Resources Assistant

Status: Full Time

Second Shift: 3pm - 12am (5 days a week to include 4 week days plus Saturday)

Jones Networking is recruiting for a bilingual HR Assistant to join a large manufacturing facility in San Antonio, TX. • Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries.
• Assist with preparing and maintaining paper, digital and electronic employee records.
• Coordinate logistics for new hire orientations.
• Assist with new employee on-boarding.
• Support team members and management with issues or questions regarding general employment, employee relations, compensation, and benefits.
• Provide support to employees in various topics such as leaves, compensation, payroll, workers' compensation, etc.
• Support the company's culture and promote a safe, positive, and productive work environment.
• Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.

• Minimum two years of Human Resources experience working with non-exempt employees and supporting HR functions.
• Experience providing guidance and interpretation of HR policies and procedures to team members.
• Knowledge of EEO guidelines, federal, state, and local laws pertaining to employment law.
• Previous experience with coaching for performance and employee relations investigations a plus.
• Fluency in Spanish is required.
