Regulatory Compliance Specialist

, we are looking for a Human Resources Generalist who can balance high-touch Employee Relations with the precision required for Payroll and Benefits Administration
.
Reporting directly to the HR Director, you will be a key driver in shaping our culture, ensuring Regulatory Compliance
, and streamlining our HR Operations to support both our employees and our business goals.
- Benefits & Payroll: Lead Benefits Administration
, manage open enrollment, and process payroll with 100% accuracy. You will also oversee the company cafeteria plan and reimbursements. - Talent Management: Own the full Employee Lifecycle
, from conducting recruitment for exempt/nonexempt roles to leading engaging New-Hire Orientations
. - Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor for counseling, outplacement, and Exit Interviewing
, ensuring every voice is heard while maintaining company standards. - Policy & Performance: Assist in developing Personnel Policies
, maintaining the Employee Handbook, and driving Performance Management initiatives. - Compliance & Data: Maintain the HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Experience: 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, specifically in Payroll or Benefits Administration
. - Soft Skills: Exceptional Interpersonal Communication
, empathy, and the ability to resolve conflicts with a professional touch. - Technical
Skills:
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office and an aptitude for mastering new HRIS platforms. - Mindset: A team-oriented,
results-driven approach with a high aptitude for proactive problem-solving.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources
, Business, or a related field. - 5+ years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment.
