Akkodis is seeking a Technical Recruiter for a Contract position with a client located in San Antonio, TX (Onsite) and Findlay, OH.
Pay Range: $40 to $43/hr the rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors
Position OverviewSeeking an experienced IT Corporate Recruiter to support high-volume and niche IT hiring needs. Must have strong direct-sourcing capabilities, excellent hiring manager partnership skills, and experience working in a corporate environment. ATS experience with Workday is preferred.
Key Responsibilities- Source, screen, and interview candidates for IT and corporate roles.
- Manage job postings across job boards and social media platforms.
- Maintain strong candidate experience throughout the process.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to gather requirements and advise on hiring strategy.
- Proactively build pipelines through networking and direct sourcing.
- Track and report key recruiting metrics.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and legal requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of recruiting experience; minimum 3 years recruiting IT talent.
- Proven success in direct sourcing niche IT skill sets via Linked In and other tools.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills; ability to provide timely updates.
- Preferred:
Experience recruiting within a large corporate environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; customer-service mindset.
- Strong organizational and time?management skills.
- Proficiency with ATS and recruiting tech;
Workday experience is a plus. - Independent worker who also collaborates well in team settings.
- Strong problem?solving skills and high attention to detail.
