Human Resources Administrator

Description

Our client is in need of a dedicated and detail-oriented bilingual Human Resources Administrator.

The right candidate will play a critical role in supporting the HR department's daily functions, ensuring smooth processes and excellent organizational management. This opportunity is ideal for professionals who are bilingual and possess strong administrative skills.

Responsibilities:

- Input data into HR systems and maintain accurate candidate records.

- Coordinate interview schedules by contacting candidates and setting up onsite meetings.

- Review, sort, and organize incoming job applications to streamline recruitment efforts.

- Manage filing systems and perform general administrative tasks to support the HR department.

- Assist the recruiting team with operational tasks, including facilitating on-the-spot job offers.

- Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.

- Ensure accuracy in handling documents and maintain strong organizational practices.

Requirements - Previous experience in HR administration or a related field.

- Proficiency in handling legal forms and correspondence.

- Understanding of relevant screening procedures.

- Familiarity with benefit functions and HR-related systems.

- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all tasks.
