Job DescriptionSupervises case managers delivering employment and training services, ensuring compliance with funder rules and achievement of performance outcomes.
- Oversee case manager workloads, assignments, and performance.
- Review case files to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to staff.
- Support recruitment, engagement, and retention of participants.
- Track outcomes and report results to leadership.
- Required:
Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, or related field. - 3+ years of case management experience, workforce development preferred.
- Supervisory experience strongly preferred.

Annual Salary $78,500.00
