Bilingual Hotel Human Resources Coordinator (Entry-Level) – San Antonio, TX

The Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator will assist with greeting all visitors, employees, and applicants while maintaining the day‑to‑day administrative function of a highly active Human Resources office. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, maintenance of incoming calls, walk‑in inquiries, special projects, coordination of certain employee relations events, maintenance of the office environment, administrative responsibilities and assistance with general benefit issues.

This person will support and assist with the welcoming of new hires, maintain files and provide support for the employment process. Additional responsibilities and projects will be assigned as needed.

Qualifications
  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to speak, read, and write in both English and Spanish.
  • Must be proficient in general computer knowledge.
  • Preferred:
    Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Hotel Management, or related work experience equivalent.
