Responsibilities

• Process multi-state, union, and non-union payrolls with accuracy and timeliness
• Manage payroll for corporate and union employees, ensuring smooth operations
• Review payroll reports, direct deposits, paychecks, and bank files for precision
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive payroll data
• Implement best practices to streamline payroll processes
• Resolve payroll issues and support employees with payroll inquiries
• Assist with payroll audits, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Collaborate with Accounting on tax-related payroll matters

Preferred Experience & Skills

• 2+ years of payroll experience, ideally with multi-state, union, and non-union payroll
• Strong knowledge of payroll policies, federal and state regulations, and record-keeping
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365; experience with ADP Workforce Now and/or UKG preferred
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage complex payroll scenarios
