As we continue to grow and innovate, Pressure Systems International (PSI) is seeking a skilled Human Resources Manager to join our dynamic team. This critical role will run the daily functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including talent acquisition, administering payroll, compensation and benefit programs, training and development, performance and talent management, recognition and morale, occupational health and safety, employee relations and ensuring compliance with company policies and practices.

Responsibilities
  • Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
  • Conducts onboarding and new hire orientation. Conducts exit interviews and provides feedback as needed.
  • Analyzes and leads compensation and benefits initiatives including market analysis, manages completion of annual compensation market surveys, benefits analysis, and annual benefits open enrollment.
  • Administers the HRIS system (Workday) including support for implementation, payroll, and the annual performance review process.
  • Leads and supports employee training and development needs.
  • Provides point of contact and support for employees with questions regarding HR policies/procedures, benefits, payroll, employee relations, and similar HR‑related inquiries.
  • Gathers and analyzes data to create/provide HR metrics.
  • Handles employment‑related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
  • Ensures legal compliance of HR state and federal regulations and applicable employment laws, and creates or updates policies and/or procedures as required.

Requirements Education Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required. SHRM certification a plus.
Experience Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of independent experience in HR, payroll, and talent acquisition experience necessary.
  • Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are required to support daily employee inquiries, HR onboarding, and training.
  • Experience establishing and maintaining relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Previous experience using Workday HCM and other modules.
