Kforce has a client that is seeking a Corporate Recruiter in San Antonio, TX.

Summary:

As a Corporate Recruiter, you will bring energy, curiosity, and a consultative mindset to help drive our client's growth and deliver exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience. This role can sit in San Antonio or Ohio. During the contract engagement, you will receive competitive compensation and benefits.

  • As a Corporate Recruiter, you'll own the full recruitment lifecycle and act as a trusted partner to hiring leaders across the organization.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, assessment, candidate presentation, debriefing, offer negotiation, and delivering a best-in‑class candidate experience.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external talent, serving as a consultative advisor and ambassador of our company values and culture.
  • Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies, leveraging multiple sourcing channels and creative approaches to attract diverse, high‑quality candidates.
  • Assess candidates thoughtfully through resume reviews and phone interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit for specific roles.
  • Drive timely, transparent communication with candidates and stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant applicant data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data integrity, confidentiality, and adherence to privacy requirements.
  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics and performance indicators to continuously improve outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Human Resources Management or Business Administration.
  • 4+ years of full life‑cycle talent acquisition experience required.
  • Experience with Workday ATS system preferred.
  • Experience in petroleum, utilities, manufacturing, or related fields preferred.
  • Experience supporting high‑volume roles preferred.

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
