Job Description & How to Apply Below
This Role Is Not For Everyone. It Might Be For You.

For over 25 years, Mavagi Enterprises has created meaningful employment for veterans and people with disabilities through federal contracts under the Ability One/JWOD Program. We are a mission-driven, people-first organization and we are looking for a Case Management Specialist who moves with urgency, documents with precision, and genuinely cares about the humans whose files sit on their desk.

You notice when a case file is drifting and you close the loop before anyone has to ask. You can sit across from an employee having a hard day and make them feel seen, not processed. You know your way around JWOD/Ability One requirements, and you don’t flinch when an audit shows up. And when a beneficiary needs more than case management, you know how to refer them somewhere that can actually help.

If that sounds like you, keep reading.
