Now Hiring: HR Coordinator

Are you organized, dependable, and ready to make a difference? We're looking for a detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support our Personal Assistance Services (PAS) program. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has the leadership skills to help guide daily HR operations.

What You'll Do:
  • Welcome new hires and assist with onboarding PAS attendants
  • Maintain accurate and compliant employee records
  • Run background checks and pre-employment screenings
  • Schedule orientations, trainings, and employee meetings
  • Handle HR data entry, reporting, and personnel documentation
  • Answer employee questions regarding timesheets, benefits, and training requirements
  • Provide administrative support to the PAS HR team
  • Assist with leading daily HR office operations and ensuring workflows run efficiently
  • Serve as a resource for staff and help promote a positive, professional work environment
  • Support HR leadership with recruiting, retention, and employee engagement initiatives
What You Bring:
  • 1+ year of HR-related experience (Home Health preferred)
  • Previous leadership, supervisory, office management, or team lead experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor's degree is a plus
