Now Hiring: HR Coordinator
Are you organized, dependable, and ready to make a difference? We're looking for a detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support our Personal Assistance Services (PAS) program. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has the leadership skills to help guide daily HR operations.
What You'll Do:- Welcome new hires and assist with onboarding PAS attendants
- Maintain accurate and compliant employee records
- Run background checks and pre-employment screenings
- Schedule orientations, trainings, and employee meetings
- Handle HR data entry, reporting, and personnel documentation
- Answer employee questions regarding timesheets, benefits, and training requirements
- Provide administrative support to the PAS HR team
- Assist with leading daily HR office operations and ensuring workflows run efficiently
- Serve as a resource for staff and help promote a positive, professional work environment
- Support HR leadership with recruiting, retention, and employee engagement initiatives
- 1+ year of HR-related experience (Home Health preferred)
- Previous leadership, supervisory, office management, or team lead experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Experience with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor's degree is a plus
- Ability to take initiative and solve problems independently
- Experience coordinating teams or office operations
- Strong decision-making and organizational skills
- Positive and professional attitude
- Ability to mentor, train, and support staff when needed
