- Own day-to-day HR operations across the full employee lifecycle.
- Partner with leadership and managers on employee relations, performance and people decisions.
- Support compensation, benefits, payroll coordination and HR reporting.
- Strengthen performance management and manager development.
- Maintain and improve HR policies, procedures and processes.
- Use HR data to support practical, business-focused decisions.
- Help build greater accountability, consistency and continuous improvement across the organization.
- Leverage HR technology and automation to improve efficiency.
- Support the organization through continued growth and evolving business needs.
- 5+ years of progressive, hands-on HR experience.
- Broad HR experience with the ability to independently manage a full HR function.
- Experience supporting both hourly and professional employees.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits and compliance.
- Business-minded and comfortable using data to guide decisions.
- Strategic thinker who is equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves and executing.
- Confident, approachable and able to build trust while holding people accountable.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of an organization.
- Comfortable with HRIS technology and interested in using automation to improve processes.
- Manufacturing, service, construction, distribution or another operational environment is a plus.
