We are seeking an outstanding, bilingual Electrical Trades Recruiter to join our growing Texas market. Reporting to the Recruitment & Employee Development Manager, you will drive the recruitment process for skilled electrical trades professionals, ensuring we attract and land the best talent across diverse channels. Your expertise in full cycle recruiting, technical sourcing, and relationship management will be essential in building a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to support our growing business across Texas.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement innovative talent sourcing strategies utilizing social media marketing (recruitment), HR systems, Linkedin, and other channels to attract high-quality candidates.
- Maintain compliance with HR legal requirements including employment & labor law, employment law in talent management, and HR legal compliance throughout the hiring process.
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment efforts for electrical trades positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
- Post and manage job postings across multiple platforms (Indeed, Zip Recruiter, Linked In, etc.)
- Recruit, screen, interview, and qualify candidates for commercial electrical roles
- Conduct phone interviews and assessments to determine candidates’ skills, experience, availability, and job fit
- Coordinate in-person interviews with our TX leadership team
- Coordinate onboarding including background checks (as required), drug screens, and new hire paperwork
- Work closely with the Recruitment & Employee Development Manager and senior TX leadership to fill positions quickly.
- Manage high-volume recruiting activity while maintaining candidate quality
- Maintain accurate and timely candidate, interview, and recruiting activity within the Company's Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- At least 2 years previous recruiting experience (construction staffing preferred)
- Must be Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Comfortable working in a high-volume recruiting environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated with a sense of urgency
- Competitive, self-motivated, persistent, and driven by results
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
- Previous experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines and recruiting activity required.
