• Source and screen candidates to present to the hiring managers and maintain close working relationships with decision makers.
• Develop recruitment strategies and source qualified candidates for placement.
• Coordinate and promote job fairs and hiring events.
• This position demands an exceptional balance of drive and commitment.

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or a related field is required
• A minimum of 2 years high volume recruitment
• Superior customer service skills
• Proven recruitment track record
• Healthcare recruitment experience a plus
