HR Manager

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee and support key human resources functions while fostering a positive, productive, and compliant workplace. This role will partner with leadership and employees to manage HR programs, strengthen employee engagement, and ensure effective implementation of company policies and practices.

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs aligned with organizational objectives.
• Provide guidance to leadership on employee relations, workforce planning, and HR best practices.
• Ensure HR processes are consistent, efficient, and compliant with applicable regulations.

• Address employee concerns and workplace issues professionally and confidentially.
• Support conflict resolution and promote a positive workplace culture.
• Advise managers and employees on policies, procedures, and employment-related matters.

• Oversee recruitment, interviewing, selection, and onboarding processes.
• Partner with department leaders to identify staffing needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
• Support workforce planning and employee retention initiatives.

• Manage performance management processes and provide guidance to managers.
• Support employee training, development, and career growth initiatives.
• Help identify opportunities to strengthen employee engagement and retention.

• Support compensation, benefits, and employee recognition programs.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Partner with relevant teams to ensure timely and accurate administration of HR programs.

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Maintain appropriate HR documentation and records.
• Support audits, investigations, and other compliance activities as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in human resources management or a similar HR leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of employment practices, HR policies, and applicable regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Experience working collaboratively with employees and organizational leadership.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR information systems.

• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification.
• Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
• Other relevant HR or employment-related certifications.

• Salary Range: $100,000-$110,000 annually
