Agency Recruiter

As an award-winning strategy, consulting, and staffing firm serving the Texas market, we are seeking a motivated and professional Recruiter to join our team in San Antonio, TX. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating qualified candidates for opportunities with our clients. The ideal candidate is personable, organized, and driven, with strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships.

• Source, identify, and contact potential candidates for open positions.
• Screen and qualify candidates based on client requirements and job fit.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate and timely candidate records within the internal database/ATS.
• Present qualified candidates to the management team and clients.
• Assist with onboarding activities for new hires and contractors.
• Build and maintain strong candidate relationships and talent pipelines.
• Support recruiting efforts across a variety of industries, markets, and position types, gaining exposure to diverse client needs and hiring environments.

• 1-3 years of recruiting experience
• Experience with or exposure recruiting for various roles across different industries and markets is a plus (Information Technology, Accounting/Finance, Executive, HR, Engineering, Telecommunications, Engineering, Administrative, etc.).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, internet research, and applicant tracking systems.
• Strong organizational and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, professional, and eager to learn.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
