Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM, Fully Onsite

Our client is a well-established manufacturing organization with a strong operational presence in the San Antonio market. They are seeking a Recruiter to support ongoing talent acquisition efforts and help build a strong workforce across the organization.

Addison Group is seeking a Recruiter to join our client's team in San Antonio. This role will be responsible for managing recruiting activities, partnering with hiring managers, and supporting the organization in attracting and hiring qualified talent.

• Manage the recruiting process from initial candidate sourcing through offer and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and hiring priorities.
• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for both high-volume and specialized positions.
• Source candidates through job boards, professional networks, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
• Conduct candidate screenings and interviews while assessing qualifications and overall fit.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Track recruiting activity and provide updates on open positions, candidate pipelines, and hiring progress.
• Support onboarding activities and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting records while following company policies and employment requirements.
• Assist with employer branding, recruiting initiatives, and process improvements as needed.

• 3+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience recruiting within a manufacturing, industrial, distribution, or other high-volume environment preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using an ATS, HRIS, or other recruiting technology.
• Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills.
• High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
