Role & responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Stakeholder Management (5 - 7 years)
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned business requirements across various functions.
- Partner with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand requirements, priorities, and hiring timelines.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies for critical and niche positions.
- Manage candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer closure, and joining.
- Maintain regular stakeholder updates on pipeline, TAT, challenges, and hiring progress.
- Act as the key point of contact between TA, business, and other internal teams to ensure smooth hiring delivery.
- Proactively highlight hiring risks, market challenges, and delays and drive suitable action plans.
- Track recruitment metrics, maintain MIS, and ensure positions are closed within agreed TAT.
