Multimedia Integrator

Eagle Integrated Service, LLC (EIS) is a government consulting and contracting firm supporting missions throughout the world. EIS is seeking a Multimedia Integrator to support our new mission in San Antonio, TX. The Multimedia Integrator role is to support the Medical Trauma Training Industry.

• The Contractor shall provide Multimedia Integration support services to design, develop, and integrate digital, audio/visual, and interactive media products that enhance training delivery and curriculum effectiveness for JTS. Multimedia support shall align with Government requirements for accessibility, interoperability, and instructional quality. Telework may be available depending on agency policy and the ability to fulfill the requirements below. Approximately 20-30% of travel may be required.
  
  The contractor shall perform the following tasks:
• Support multimedia, audio visual, and video production to enhance the delivery of JTET Branch courses and materials.
• Coordinate development of training aids, simulation videos, and web-based learning modules consistent with DHA learning management standards.
• The Contractor shall ensure all media meet accessibility, OPSEC, and PII compliance standards.
• Collaborate with Curriculum Developers and QA Leads to align media with approved lesson plans and educational objectives.
• Maintain version control and repository of all JTET multimedia products on designated DHA systems.

• Bachelor’s degree in multimedia design, graphic design, computer design, or related field
• 3 to 5 years of experience in multimedia content development, AV integration, or instructional technology
• Proficient with video production, editing, and digital media tools
• Ability to integrate multimedia solutions into course curriculum and training platforms
• Familiar with Learning Management Systems (LMS), SCORM, and online content delivery
• Strong design, user experience, and project coordination skills. Preference for experience with e-learning tools (Articulate, Captivate)
