- Seeking a creative and detail-oriented Project Manager with a strong passion for delivering exceptional user experiences through compelling digital content.
- Ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of how UX principles and well-crafted content drive member engagement and satisfaction.
- Experience in the financial services or a related highly regulated industry is a plus.
- The ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, design, and engineering, is critical.
- The candidate should be adept at translating complex user needs into clear, actionable content and design recommendations, and comfortable communicating progress and challenges to stakeholders.
- A portfolio showcasing UX and digital content work for messaging or similar digital communications is highly desirable.
- Project Coordination & Execution: 4+ years of experience supporting project managers in the execution of digital projects, including task management, tracking progress, and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards, particularly in content and UX related aspects.
- User Experience (UX) Design & Content Strategy: 5+ years of experience in UX design and digital content strategy, with a demonstrated ability to create user-centered content for messaging, notifications, and digital communications. This includes experience in journey mapping from a user's perspective and translating user needs into actionable content enhancements.
- Digital Content Optimization & Personalization: 5+ years of experience in optimizing digital content for clarity, engagement, and conversion across various channels, with a strong focus on personalization techniques and A/B testing of messaging elements
