Job Title – Senior Solution Architect – Service Now Enterprise Platform

Location – San Antonio, TX or Findlay, OH (on-site)

Must Have Skills:

• Hands-on Service Now Solution Architecture experience, including platform design, integrations, and roadmap ownership
• 5+ years of IT experience with at least 2 years in a Solution or Enterprise Architecture role
• Strong experience integrating Service Now with enterprise platforms (e.g., APIs, system-to-system integrations, ETL, data pipelines)
• Solid knowledge of Cybersecurity Infrastructure environments (cloud, Dev Sec Ops , infrastructure, security architecture)
• Experience working with Agile teams and translating business outcomes into actionable architecture and delivery stories

Responsibilities and Job Details:

• Define and drive enterprise-wide Service Now solution architectures that are secure, scalable, and aligned with business objectives
• Act as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams
• Own and evolve the architectural roadmap and strategy for the Service Now platform
• Partner with Product Managers, Enterprise Architects, and Agile delivery teams to execute end-to-end solutions
• Lead design and integration efforts for Service Now within a complex enterprise environment
• Ensure architectural alignment with cybersecurity and infrastructure strategies
• Mentor and guide cross-functional teams on architectural best practices
• Drive continuous improvement and maintainability across Service Now implementations
• Support data-driven decision making through intelligent architecture solutions
• Participate in project workshops, training, and relevant conferences (up to 10% travel)
