We understand the mission because we have lived it. The Opportunity We are currently gathering a talent pipeline for upcoming requirements in Chinese (Mandarin), Russian, and Spanish linguistics. We are seeking professionals who can bridge the gap between technical cryptologic analysis and operational mission support.

Key Responsibilities
* Cryptologic Analysis:
Monitor, transcribe, and analyze complex foreign communications to provide vital intelligence to decision-makers.
* Linguistic Support:
Provide high-level translation, interpretation, and cultural gisting for military and Department of State operations.
* Mission Reporting:
Draft intelligence reports based on intercepted or collected materials, ensuring accuracy and cultural nuance.
* Support & Training:
Serve as a subject matter expert for military branches, supporting Intel Analysts and Counter-Narcotic missions both CONUS and OCONUS. Preferred Skills
* Prior experience as a military Cryptologic Technologist or Linguist.
* Familiarity with the Joint Command Language Program Manager Database (JCD).
* Background in Counter-Narcotics or All-Source Intelligence Analysis. Qualifications

Required Qualifications
* Language Proficiency:
Minimum ILR level 2/2 or higher (3/3 preferred) in Russian, Chinese (Mandarin), or Spanish, validated by recent DLPT or OPI scores.

* Experience:

Proven background supporting USG contracts (NSA, Army, or State Dept preferred).
* Clearance:
Active Top Secret/SCI eligibility. Candidates must be willing to undergo a CI/Polygraph upgrade if required.
* Versatility:
Ability to support diverse mission sets, from technical SIGINT environments to operational field support. More Information
