- 10+ years in IT, with 6+ years in Service Now and at least 4 years in a technical architect role.
- Deep understanding of Service Now platform capabilities and architecture (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, Sec Ops, Finance and Supply Chain etc.).
- Quick learner to adapt to new technologies being released with every major version of SN (GenAI, AI Agents, Workflow Data Fabric, Raptor Db)
- Demonstrate expertise in core Service Now modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CRM, S2P, HRSD, MCO, FSO etc.
- Demonstrate Experience with presenting Service Now solutions to clients in a value-led approach.
- Proficient in presentations on PPTs and communications..
- Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Service Portal customization.
- Understanding of Service Now data models, ACLs, UI Policies, and Notifications.
- Define and own the Service Now architecture strategy and roadmap across multiple modules and implementations.
- Lead architectural reviews, solution design, and technical governance across Service Now programs.
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and performant technical solutions.
- Establish and enforce platform design standards, coding practices, and integration frameworks.
- Lead the creation of custom demos to be showcased to various client.
- Review and validate custom development and configurations for quality and alignment to best practices.
- Provide technical leadership during client workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder presentations.
- Collaborate with enterprise architecture and security teams to ensure compliance with IT and business policies.
- Provide architectural oversight for integrations with third-party systems (REST, SOAP, JDBC, MID Server, etc.).
- Support Dev Ops initiatives with CI/CD pipelines and testing automation (ATF).
- Mentor development teams and conduct knowledge sharing to uplift technical capability.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Any Architect level certification with Service Now – Highly desirable
- Service Now Certified System Administrator – Required
- Service Now Certified Application Developer – Advantageous
- Experience with domain-separated environments, MSP models, or multi-instance strategies
