As a Developer specializing in the Service Now platform, you will be responsible for creating solutions within the Service Now CSM (Customer Service Management) framework. Your main task will be to design, develop, and implement custom applications and workflows to meet the needs of the organization. You will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects that directly impact the customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement custom applications and workflows within the Service Now CSM framework to meet organizational needs.
• Collaborate with teams to deliver solutions that improve the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Prior Service Now Platform experience
• Experience with Service Now CSM
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and similar web technologies

Nice to have

• Familiarity with other Service Now modules such as ITSM and HRSD

Eligibility Requirements

• Eligibility to obtain a Public Trust government clearance

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
