Roles & Responsibilities- Lead a Service Now Team of Professionals in maintaining existing Scoped Applications.
- Associates should be highly proficient in all these concepts ITSM, Service Catalog, Scoped Applications, Flow Designer, Workflow, REST API Integrations.
- Should be able to deliver their own stories along with required mentoring to all other team members
- Guiding developers, promoting best practices, reviewing code, and fostering a collaborative, productive work environment.
- Managing Agile/Scrum processes, handling sprints, and ensuring on-time delivery of platform capabilities.
