As a Technical Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions using the Service Now platform, specifically focusing on Customer Service Management (CSM). Your role will involve collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, confirm technical feasibility, and provide solutions that meet the needs of the organization. Additionally, you will be involved in technical validation to ensure that the implemented solutions align with the established architecture and standards.

• Strong expertise in Solution Architecture and experience designing and implementing solutions using the Service Now platform
• Experience with Service Now Product Customer Service Management (CSM) as well as a solid understanding of Requirements Confirmation processes
• Proven ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders will be crucial to ensure successful project delivery
• Expertise in Solution Architecture and technical validation will be key in driving the organization's digital transformation initiatives forward
• Experience designing and implementing solutions using the Service Now platform will have a competitive advantage

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
